Your tasks
- Management and monitoring of construction site activities taking into account the construction plans and specifications
- Coordination and allocation of construction workers as well as management of subcontractors on the construction site
- Ensuring the timely execution of construction work in high quality
- Control of the work carried out
- Documentation of construction progress and regular reporting to the construction management
- Consistent enforcement of occupational and environmental protection on construction sites
Your profile
- Training or experience as a foreman in the construction industry or comparable experience
- Independent, goal-oriented and economically oriented way of working
- Knowledge and awareness of current occupational health and safety and environmental protection guidelines
- Relevant experience in the instruction and management of personnel as well as in the management of subcontractors
- Communication and teamwork skills
